What is the actual meaning of yoga?
The word 'Yoga' is derived from the Sanskrit root 'Yuj', meaning 'to join' or 'to yoke' or 'to unite'. As per Yogic scriptures the practice of Yoga leads to the union of individual consciousness with that of the Universal Consciousness, indicating a perfect harmony between the mind and body, Man & Nature.
"Yoga" comes from the Sanskrit verb "yuj," to yoke or unite. The goal of yoga is to unite oneself with God; the practice of yoga is the path we take to accomplish this.
What is a chakra in yoga? In Sanskrit, the word “chakra” means “disk” or “wheel” and refers to the energy centers in your body. These wheels or disks of spinning energy each correspond to certain nerve bundles and major organs. To function at their best, your chakras need to stay open, or balanced.

The importance of human variatiaon and its impact on range of motion is something we need to understand. Our limited beliefs from the subconscious patterns are gradually shifted while daily practice opens new parts of connection with in our body mind soul through the intuitive aspect of the mind. While our reasoning mind takes a more active, conscious role, our intuitive mind is deeper and more subtle. Our intuitive mind works with both our unconscious and with the divine. It supports our spirituality and enables us to see beyond appearances to our deeper connections with each other and all of life. The 8 limbs of yoga naturally fall into play on there own and when we come into a connection with our stillnes we connect with our consciousness that guides us from within to preventing injuries.
Yoga is about celebrating ourselves, our bodies, and the joyful blessings in our lives. It's about taking time to just breathe, be present, and enjoy the moment. It's about going through life with vitality, energy, and courage to follow your dreams. It's also about venturing into the unknown and following your own inner voice to begin living your own authentic life.
