Blisstout’s collaboration with 333nergy has been a powerful example of conscious business leadership rooted in community wellness. Through this partnership, I’ve shared an 8-week wellness program, anchored in finalizing my Yoga School and supported guidnce in online 500-hour yoga certification with international standards and teachers. My Reiki School certified to ground kundalini energy and uphold linage’s mastery energetic integrity. Acting as both a guide and space renter, I’ve had the privilege of learning from the owner’s years of mastery and life story—both as a business mentor and healing facilitator. Together, we’ve navigated city permits, built operational focus, and integrated a dedicated team of practitioners. We’ve also hosted soul-culture-focused events, including the Mystic Mingle Networking Event – Christmas Fair, which brought together 15 curated vendors. The event offered the community interactive workshops and live demonstrations in yoga, Reiki, dance, acupuncture, and tarot—creating a vibrant space for connection, healing, and shared celebration.

With support from the Blisstout community, Bloom Bug Screens successfully sustained itself through its first winter season, increasing sales and inspiring the launch of a side business to navigate slower months. The business continues to grow steadily, expanding its reach in windows, blinds, and screens across new markets.
Kick IT Management – March 2023 – August 2024,
Leanne provided strategic leadership at Kick IT by generating consistent leads, securing up to two new clients daily. She designed and edited the website and marketing materials, developed the foundational structure of the school, and successfully promoted events to grow the organization’s visibility and impact.

- Leanne completed Levels 1–4 of Universal Reiki under the guidance of Greg Birring, and Levels 1–3 with Lisa Powers. Drawing from both lineages, she now shares her own unique transmission as a teacher of Shiva Shakti Reiki — an integrative path of energy healing rooted in inner union, presence, and soul embodiment.

Fashion Stage I successfully coordinated collaborations with key stakeholders including the main printer, international fashion designers like Parvesh Jai (Blue Coral), modeling agencies, makeup schools, photographers, chefs, a local brewery, and media outlets such as community radio and TV for interviews. I maintained relationships with major companies interested in investing in future events. At our family venue, I directed a Romeo and Juliet-themed fashion show blending runway and entertainment, with choreography from BC Dance, Arthur Murray, local Flamenco talent, and DJ Sanchez. I managed auditions, fittings, and rehearsals, collaborating with stylists and Blanche MacDonald’s team of eight makeup and hair artists. Seventeen models from Numa Model Management and my network walked the runway, supported by four photographers. All models received gift bags sponsored by local businesses in fitness, tanning, and photography in exchange for brand exposure.
